Upon your arrival at Tbilisi International Airport, your driver will warmly welcome you and transfer you to your hotel in Tbilisi, a comfortable 30-minute drive away. After checking in, embark on a 3 to 4-hour tour of Tbilisi’s most iconic sites. Begin with Metekhi Church, a historic 5th-century inscribed-cross church commissioned by King Vakhtang Gorgasali, dramatically perched on a cliff overlooking the Mtkvari River. Next, take a cable car ride to the ancient Narikala Fortress, where you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city. Stroll through Chardin Street, one of Tbilisi’s oldest streets, now a lively hub filled with charming cafes, art salons, and galleries, named after the famous French artist Jean-Baptiste-Siméon Chardin. Visit the Old Sulfur Baths, built in the 17th century, featuring unique red brick domes and steaming hot springs that create a magical atmosphere in this historic quarter. Finally, walk along Leselidze Street, lined with souvenir shops and inviting wine houses. After an enriching day of sightseeing, you will be transferred back to your hotel for a restful overnight stay.
Kazbegi Day Tour Adventure
After enjoying breakfast at your hotel, you will begin your journey at 10:00 am with a transfer to Kazbegi, a scenic drive lasting approximately 7 to 8 hours. Along the way, you will visit the historic Ananuri Fortress, a medieval stronghold overlooking the stunning Zhinvali Water Reservoir. Your route continues with a stop in Gudauri to see the Friendship Monument, weather permitting. Upon arrival in Kazbegi, experience an exciting 4x4 transfer up to the iconic Gergeti Trinity Church, perched high on a mountain with breathtaking views. After soaking in the majestic landscape, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Tbilisi for an overnight stay.
Kakheti and Sighnaghi Tour
Begin your day with breakfast at the hotel before departing at 10:00 am for a 5 to 6-hour tour to Kakheti and Sighnaghi. Known as the "City of Love," Sighnaghi is a charming town famous for its rich tradition of Georgian winemaking, exquisite handmade carpets, delicious traditional cuisine, and renowned hospitality. During your visit, you will also explore Bodbe Monastery, the sacred burial site of St. Nino, the revered enlightener of Georgia, a place of great cultural and spiritual significance. Departure and Transfer to Airport
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, depending on your departure time. Afterward, check out from the hotel, where your driver will meet you for a comfortable transfer to the airport, approximately a 30-minute drive. This marks the end of your memorable journey as you prepare for your departure.
