Land Package Terms

• 50+ days before departure: The non-refundable deposit is converted into a travel voucher, minus any incurred fees. This voucher is valid for 12 months.
• 49–30 days before arrival: 50% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
• Within 29 days of arrival: 100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.
• No-shows, early departures, or unused services: No refunds are provided.
• Refund requests: Must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 60 days.

Special Bookings (Private Villas, Yacht Charters, Promotional Rates)

These bookings may be subject to different cancellation policies. Travel Me Tourism will notify you in writing of any differing terms and conditions. Agreement to the booking includes acceptance of these additional terms.

Deposits and Payments

• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required, with a minimum of €495 per person, to secure the reservation.
• Final Payment: Must be received at least 60 days prior to the arrival date.
• Payment Methods: Accepted via credit card (MasterCard, Visa) or bank transfer.

Air and Ferry Reservations

Cancellations for air and ferry reservations are subject to the terms and conditions established by the airlines and are independent of Travel Me Tourism.

Modification Fees

A change fee ranging from AED 25 to AED 100 applies for modifications to the itinerary once it’s on file. After the trip has commenced, any changes or cancellations will be at the expense of the traveler.
