Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms
  • Full payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Cancellation Fees
  • 30+ days before the tour: 75% cancellation fee.
  • 1 to 14 days before the tour:100% cancellation fee
  • No-shows, early departures, or unused services: No refunds are provided.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 30 days. Refund payment will take 10 days to 2 weeks.
Important Note on Non-Recoverable Costs

TIn all cases of cancellation, the guest remains responsible for 100% of all non-recoverable costs already incurred on their behalf. These costs are charged in addition to the fees listed above and are non-refundable regardless of the cancellation timeframe. They include, but are not limited to: Issued visas and issued attraction tickets Non-refundable hotel deposits or pre-paid room blocks Any other third-party costs that suppliers are unable to refund.

Policy for Force Majeure events

If a force majeure issue occurs, a credit or refund will be advised only after the cancellation request is submitted officially. Approval may take approximately 1 to 2 months, depending on the situation. Standard non-recoverable costs (visa, attraction tickets, hotel deposits) will be deducted.

Our team will contact you upon receiving your booking. We reserve the right to modify prices or apply supplements based on service availability at the time of confirmation. Room configurations (twin, king, queen, triple) are subject to hotel availability. Special requests (smoking/non-smoking rooms, higher floors, interconnecting rooms, large beds, specific views) are subject to availability upon check-in.
